Since its establishment as a sole proprietorship in 1996, and its transformation into an Egyptian Shareholding Company in 2018, EL-Saady Company has grown to become Egypt's most prominent manufacturer of wooden pallets, wooden crates & boxes, and compressed wood products.
Known for our reliable craftsmanship, consistent product quality, and operational efficiency, we have nearly three decades of specialized experience in producing wooden pallets — both block and stringer types — as well as export-grade wooden crates and high-density compressed wood components. Our wood is sourced directly from Russia and Scandinavia, ensuring year-round supply stability and material quality.
Today, our automated production lines deliver over 600,000 wooden pallets, 60,000 crates & boxes, and more than 8,000 m³ of compressed wood products annually — supporting petrochemical, agricultural, and manufacturing sectors across Egypt. All pallets are available heat-treated to ISPM-15 standards for international export compliance.

Founded by Eng. Abdel Nasser El-Saady as a sole proprietorship in Attaka, Suez with 10 employees and a clear vision for high-quality wooden products and industrial packaging.
Focused exclusively on wooden pallet manufacturing. Production area expanded to 8,750 m² and 20 new employees joined, establishing a firm foundation for future growth.
Entered the compressed wood market, producing 1,500 m³ annually. The team grew to 60 employees specializing in compressed wood blocks and stringers.
Launched a dedicated compressed stringer production line to meet rising demand. Facility expanded to 30,000 m² — the full footprint of our Suez factory today.

EL-Saady Company was founded in 1996 in the Industrial Zone, Attaka, Suez, Egypt, by Engineer Abdel Nasser El-Saady. The company began as a sole proprietorship with ten employees and became an Egyptian Joint Stock Company in 2018 with registered capital of 435 million EGP. Today the company employs over 200 specialists across a 30,000 m² production facility.

Yes. All EL-Saady wooden pallets are available with heat treatment to ISPM-15 international phytosanitary standards — the certification required by most countries for wooden packaging used in cross-border trade. Compressed wood (also called presswood or LVL wood blocks) is an engineered wood product made from recycled timber fibres compressed under high heat and pressure. EL-Saady produces compressed wood blocks and stringers primarily used as pallet feet and structural packaging components. They are high-density, pest-free, moisture-resistant, and eco-friendly.
