High-density cubic blocks used as the nine feet in block pallet construction. They connect the top and bottom deck boards, enabling four-way forklift access. Compressed blocks offer superior dimensional consistency over solid timber — no knots, splits, or natural defects — resulting in a more stable, uniform finished pallet.
Longitudinal beams used as the three runners in stringer pallet construction. Compressed stringers offer exceptional dimensional accuracy across their full length, ensuring straight, true pallets that perform reliably in automated warehouses and racking systems. Compressed wood — also known as presswood, LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) blocks, or engineered wood blocks — is manufactured by compressing wood fibres, sawdust, and wood chips with heat, pressure, and a binding resin. The result is a dense, dimensionally precise component that outperforms natural timber in several key areas relevant to pallet manufacturing.
